Who is Axe Throwing and Whiskey Drinking for?

WHISKEY HATCHET is for couples, friends, colleagues, parties, corporate events and everything in between. We do this by providing instruction, games, a rotating draft list of craft beer, awesome cocktails and a lodge style setting to help you channel your inner lumberjack. All axe-throwing, beer drinking, wine chugging, cocktail chasing and/or spectating guests must be 21 years or older and axe throwers must wear closed toed shoes. Axe throwing ranges from $25-40 per person for 70 minutes of throwing based on the day and time you throw. Still have questions? Don’t worry, we did too. Check our FAQ’s below.

FAQ’s + Things to know

• All guests must be 21+

• All axe throwers MUST wear closed toed shoes.

• Reservations are not required, but are HIGHLY recommended.

• Tipping your Axpert is greatly appreciated. If they do a good job, show em some love.

• Everyone throwing axes must arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of their designated throwing time to check in and sign your waiver.

• If you show up intoxicated or our team feels you’ve had a little too much fun, you will not be able to throw axes.

• We have a NO REFUNDS policy. Once you book and pay, we expect you to honor your reservation.

• Do you have food? Yes! Check out our Food Menu under the “Menu” tab above

• Can I bring my own axe? While you get serious bonus points, we do not allow any outside equipment. This allows us to ensure a safe throwing environment for everyone involved.

• Are you handicap/wheelchair accessible? Absolutely. If you have the ability to hold an axe and complete a safe throwing motion, you can participate.

• Will my group get a lane to itself or will we be throwing with other people? Depends on the size of your group. Axe throwing is an activity that’s most fun as part of a group. Otherwise how will you know who’s the superior axe throwing human? Each lane can accommodate up to 4 throwers or 8 throwers per bay. Each bay will be competing amongst each other when the games start. If you are a smaller group (5 or less) you will likely be making some new axe friends. That being said, we always do our best to accommodate groups of any size and will work with you when possible.
